I was supposed to be discharged at 3pm. After paying for my transport I was told that they only had one driver and could not come pick me up until 7pm. 7 came and went when I call back they no they will be there at 7:30 . We'll they didn't show up until 8:45 the driver was rushing me and hurt my hip even more the leg rest on the wheelchair wouldn't lock into place and the van had no heat in the back. This was the worst Transportation ever!!

I have to tell you!!! Tennille and I had a great experience with Dan & Dana..(Truck# 1955) what an amazing team. Very patient and always a committed to make sure Tennille was comfortable.. We appreciate the care and support from both of them..

Worst ambulance drivers ever they run people off the road because they don't know how to use their mirrors.
