I have no clue what these other reviews are about. This company had hands down the best service I have ever received from any paramedics. And I unfortunately have been through a few. My care was their top priority and they rolled through it. I'm a smart ass in shitty situations and they rolled with that too. Great guys. I hope if I ever have to deal with any emergency issues again, it's with these guys.

The other day I was fortunate to have Ana and Kara from Medstar Ambulance Service cross my path. They were able to evaluate my needs quickly and take the necessary actions to help me get the treatment I needed. Not only did they consider my immediate needs but treated me kindly & professionally. I will forever be grateful and hopeful to know they are there to help everyone.

I really want to give a shout out to the two guys that brought my mom home from the hospital late on Dec 2-3. I wish I had caught their names. They joked with mom and really made the extra effort to keep her comfortable, and find a way to get her back in bed. Took the door on and off and moved furniture, very impressed and thank you! You made a stresful evening so much easier. They even gave me a pink pen :)

Friendly drivers. However they handled my father with broken ribs very roughly when transporting. Scheduled for a 6pm pick up. They did not arrive until nearly 10pm. Do Not recommend at all.
