I would give a 0 if i could. My father has dementia and they gave me some ludricious reason for not letting me ride with him in the ambulance. Something about covid. He could not answer questions and did not understand what was happening. This is totally unacceptable and shows a complete lack of compassion.

I have no clue what these other reviews are about. This company had hands down the best service I have ever received from any paramedics. And I unfortunately have been through a few. My care was their top priority and they rolled through it. I'm a smart ass in shitty situations and they rolled with that too. Great guys. I hope if I ever have to deal with any emergency issues again, it's with these guys.

The other day I was fortunate to have Ana and Kara from Medstar Ambulance Service cross my path. They were able to evaluate my needs quickly and take the necessary actions to help me get the treatment I needed. Not only did they consider my immediate needs but treated me kindly & professionally. I will forever be grateful and hopeful to know they are there to help everyone.
