This company is horrible. The dispatchers are rude. I have been using them the past two weeks, with the pick-up address the same each time, and the return to a different locale, but the same each time (morning appt before pick-up and a return home). Everytime, the driver has been given the home address for pick-up, and my pick-up address for return. They also were given my phone # repeatedly, and keep calling the wrong #.
