My daughter had to be transferred between hospitals. The ambulance was in poor shape, and even though I have great insurance that covers ambulance rides 100% I still got a bill because they disagreed about the amount paid by my insurance. I called about the bill and they didn’t work with me at all, telling me to call my insurance again. If I’m able to choose in the future I will ask to avoid them.
