I went there after a blow to the back of the head and neck and had a range of symptoms that were confusing, they talked me down from being worried about brain damage but I told them the neck injury may be serious. Overcharged by a half hour over the course of 5 appointments. Ice machine use listed as "vasopneumatic development" instead of simple "hot cold pack" which amounted to $80 more per 15 minute billing cycle. Overall for 5 appointments, I have a $1500 bill, of which $244 is charges for time I wasnt there, or one service listed as another to inflate the price. Most personnel were nice enough. Never having had PT before, I did not know how it was supposed to work. After first two appointments, person assigned to me have up to six or seven people he was working with at the same time. That meant pretty long gaps between each exercise to waiting to hear what came next. Also kept me coming back even when there were no new exercises being introduced. We live in a country where the doctors make movie star wages, yet I can’t see them to get something done- Such as a couple of, simple, 20 minute procedures on my elbows to get rid of chronic tennis elbow in both arms. I’m told that the orthopedic surgeons will need to see proof of visits from DMC Sports Medicine to evaluate the need for these procedures. Are you serious?
