This office has horrible service in answering phones. They give multiple patients the same appointments. They do not call you on appointments time. In case of an urgent matter you have to stand outside in line rain, shine or snow to request a number to be seen on the same day. I was outside since 6:30am. No consideration for working people. Nobody answers the phone OR calls you back when you leave a voicemail as prompted. I’ve been trying for 2 weeks now to make an appointment.

Been trying to get an appointment for weeks, phone was never picked up and voice messages not answered. I got frustrated and went there to try and make an appointment face to face, they were supposed to be open til 5 that day, I got there 4.15 and the office was closed, no note on the door or anything. Tried calling again while standing outside but the phone line was closed for the day. I will have to switch doctor and office before even having a chance to use this one. It's embarrassing
Don’t check your self in the Gynecologist doctor on September 26, they call me to come on that day and I did a Pap smear and the gynecologist cut the inside of my vagina and I did not realize I was cut inside up to October 1 first they got a bad gynecologist is mail man doctor and he his crazy never in my life going to let him check me again
