What a disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment back in January and even received multiple reminder messages the day before confirming the date and time. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting 30 minutes, I had to knock on several doors just to find someone. The only staff member present informed me that my appointment was not in the system and that the esthetician I had my previous appointment with is no longer with the clinic. 9 sessions of hair laser removal for 2 small area i paid around 1000. They promised gréât results after 3 sessions as I have black hair. After the 9th session Even the one hair in my nose did not disappear and all what they said oh we didn’t tell you that it’s not guarantee it will work. I was like are you serious !!!!! I do not recommend the laser in this center do not easier your money. And btw they said will call you back for more sessions and that never happened!!!!
