I was approved from the insurance for a wheel chair, this company is a fraud when the wheel chair was delivered in September of 2023 the person that deliver the chai said it is owned chair and ask me to sign the paper work i did sign based on what he said yesterday I did receive a bill from the company after 17 month that the paper work stated it is rental, I called for the company to pick it up they schedule the pick up for 2/7 2025 between 2 to 4 pm after 15 minutes they called me back saying they can’t pick it up I think ... read more

America worst company.Never put trust to their sales person. They are #1 cheater. They supply me used walker,and she told me that this marking are in transport. You can see the legs ,it looks with blind eyes that someone has used it. After I call them they send me new one. I am going to complain Medicare, and insurance company about this matter. I was told I'd have to pay $100 fee to upgrade a breast pump that retails for $198. When I received my explanation of benefits I could see that they billed my insurance $198 and that my insurance company covered it all and it stated that I was responsible for $0. When I inquired about a refund, they did not have a straight answer for me. It was only until I got a third party liaison that works with my insurance to advocate for me that I was told "they shouldn't have done that" and I would be refunded the $100. Very shady.
