They get minus ..100...these ppl are terrible no communication..none after calling 6 times ..they have been to my house 4 times to measure my arm ..for a compression sleeve...NEVER NOT ONCE DID THEY GET IT RIGHT IN 6 MONTHS..Then Suppose to have a Manager call ....Never did they ..then trying to say my therapist...Said I need to come in there When my doctor said no ...She wants the arm sleeve ...I will never RECOMEND THESE PPL EVERRRRR
I initially had great hopes of a viable relationship with this company. The recent deception associated with billing following a reasonable non intentional reduction of adherence to CPAP therapy has brought me to view this company as thieves. Now unless an item was approved by the billing department of my Medicaid HMO I believe factually this company would have never generated a CPAP unit to my residence. After going to several other different medical supply companies in town for a Rollator walker prescribed from my Doctor, MedSource was the only one who was able to provide me with the Rollator I needed for my body type. Everyone was very kind and helpful to work with and they were more than helpful! Should put -10 start because the manager is scam artist they wanna sell me a mask that come in a package piece by piece I’m like really because I don’t have insurance apparently not having insurance it’s a crime nowadays well I guess I will go get some weed or crack because it’s easier than dealing with this kind of people that is what is really what is wrong in America Don’t go to this place try somebody else
