This company severely lacks customer service. They never follow up with Home health care needs and double and even triple bill insurance. Kelly with billing has been zero help and continues to bill my insurance even though I own the equipment. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR HOME HEALTH NEEDS!!!
