I don't appreciate having to pay for parking. There are shower facilities here but have been unavailable to clients for several years. It's really important for some of us to shower & get ready for work otherwise it's really inconvenient. Reconsider reopening the shower facilities. I'd be happy to bring my own toiletries.
Clean clinic. Nice tech explained everything. Felt safe and respected. Bed was a little hard, so 4/5. Great place otherwise!
If you have other options, I strongly recommend avoiding this clinic—it’s a complete waste of time. The wait times are extremely long, and the doctor barely communicates. I had two Zoom appointments, and each required a referral from a family doctor followed by a six-month wait. For today’s appointment, after waiting six months, I finally connected with the doctor. He confirmed my identity, briefly said he would prescribe a CPAP machine for me to try, and then ended the call. That was it. No explanation, no next steps, no de... read more
