John at avant sleep is always so peppy and such a pleasure to talk to! He also looks after all my needs and is so accommodating! Couldn't have hoped for a better clinic or technician!

Female doctor seems knowledgeable, unfortunately the front staff is insanely rude. Small woman with red hair shot dirty looks, sneered at me, horrendous tone of voice, literally the most "I hate my life, my job, everything" tone I could imagine. No respect for patients' needs, issues, or complications. They make you stand outside in the rat trap looking space they set up in front of their office for 5+ minutes giving you the stink eye until they send their rudest front staff out to ream you out.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and doctor. They provided prompt service and helped me feel seen and heard.

Unprofessional and unethical. I had an phone appointment and the Doctor didn’t call me so I called and rescheduled and he didn’t call me for that one until 75 minutes after the scheduled time and at that point I was onto another appointment, so we never spoke. Because of this, he closed my file.

Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Cancelled appointment the first time and my dad lost a days pay and came out of camp which is a two hour drive on rural roads only to rebook him the following week and do the exact same again! Go elsewhere!!!
