Very informative with each step of the procedure. Bed was very comfy.
Got referred here for a sleep study. The nurse on duty was hostile and abusive. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had in any health care related appointment. I shared my experience with the doctor and there was no follow up. 100% do not recommend Medsleep, particularly the clinic in Tabor plaza. Update: this incident occurred on September 10, 2019 and it was reported to MedSleep on October 10, 2019. The name of the reviewer is the same person as the patient. The first time I went for a sleep study test, it was really great. The lady was gentle and had great bed side manners, very attentive. Everything was stocked. This time I went, I wanted to leave mid study because the guy was not gentle and applied everything too tightly causing me pains, and than justifying as though it should be that tight wearing a cpap. He kept saying he couldn't go looser but the previous lady had everything just right, not too tight and not to lose. I called for him several times but he did not hear me ... read more
