From start to finish the technician was amazing. He was fast and professional and very personable which made me feel very comfortable. The bed could have been a bit softer but other than that everything went very well.
The tech was very kind and professional, however as a woman it was very uncomfortable to be there with only men. Now a days even for the techs safety there should be a man and a woman if the patients that night are male and female. That being said the pillows were awful, the bed was ok.
Did a overnight sleep test here and my experience with the facility and worker were very positive. My room was clean, bed was made and was comfortable. No complaints! The sleep study experience itself wasn't the greatest, mainly because my skin on my face and chest got irritated from the adhesive/tape for all the electrodes attached to me. My skin got red and irritated, it lasted for a few days and cleared up just fine. It made having a restful sleep difficult, but still ended up with the results I expected!
