The staff were efficient and respectful. I found the environment chilly even with a light extra blanket provided.
I waited a half an hour extra for a zoom meeting. After telling her I have CHRONIC insomnia (consistent no sleep), she simply tells me she is going to send over information about cbi and tells me to see a physiologist due to possible depression or anxiety. Even after telling her that I didn't feel I have those. What I should have received was a proper in person evaluation. I felt that my issues weren't seen as serious to her even though they definitely are.
Staff took my mask and tube off their machine. Forgot to give it to me at 5:00 am. I was too sleepy from not getting enough sleep to realize until the next day when they were closed. No one called to let me know. I do not want to ever go back.
Room was very clean, clear instructions, friendly staff.
A great facility with efficient and professional staff who made my entire experience a very comfortable one. I wish I had done this testing years ago!! My diagnosis has been life changing....I now get the proper sleep that is needed to increase my stamina and regaining my strength and energy. Thank you Medsleep.
