This company is a joke. The admin staff can answer no questions and despite them making an appointment to review the findings of my study, they had no report ready and the doctor is "out of the country" and they offer no other way to get a report until 6-8 weeks later. Not sure why they would book a follow up appointment with me to review the results when they have no report to revies? Waste of time and clueless admin staff.

This place is clearly a cash grab my appointment was over a month ago. I’ve heard nothing even when I call they give me mixed messages, and leave me on hold for ever. Horrible experience

Was here a few weeks back for a sleep test. Dirty washrooms and beds were rock hard. Certain sleep tech staff can use some training on patient interactions and bedside manner. One staff member was lecturing all the patients like she was a doctor.

I recently completed a sleep study at MedSleep and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, with an old spring mattress that made it difficult to sleep. The bedding did not appear clean, which was concerning given the nature of a medical facility. The staff were generally rude, dismissive, and at times condescending.
