My experience was just ok. The technician was doing his best as he was working alone the night I went. The room was dark and not inviting. I didn't like the sharing of bathrooms but I guess that's how it is. The bed was so low and uncomfortable for my back. I didn't sleep much as the room was very hot and not air conditioned. The tape that was used gave me a rash as well and the stuff they apply in your head made me itchy. Guys... ask people if they have sensitive skin, maybe don't barge in and rip off all their contacts multiple times and rip tape off their face. Bedside manner leaves much to be desired.
I just returned home this morning from my night stay here, I have to say that it was an amazing experience! Shoutout to the tech guy from Brampton, you are great at your job and thank you for taking such great care of us all. The staff are gentle, thoroughly organized, super personable, beds are crazy comfortable, top notch pillows and I literally had a fan blowing on me all night long lol Felt better sleeping here than at home. Great experience. Very clean and my Tech was very accommodating, patient, calm and thoroughly explained everything. I don’t like sleeping anywhere but home, but I felt comfortable and safe.
During my recent visit this is what I observed: - a clean facility - no bed bugs (I stripped the bed and saw they had a mattress cover on. They also have special covets for their pillows as well) - kind staff (sleep tech was thorough in his explanation of everything) Was it the best sleep? Of course not lol. This isn’t a hotel. You’re fully aware why you are there and that will naturally have an effect on the quality of sleep. But it is what it is.
