During my recent visit this is what I observed: - a clean facility - no bed bugs (I stripped the bed and saw they had a mattress cover on. They also have special covets for their pillows as well) - kind staff (sleep tech was thorough in his explanation of everything) Was it the best sleep? Of course not lol. This isn’t a hotel. You’re fully aware why you are there and that will naturally have an effect on the quality of sleep. But it is what it is.
Incompetent administration and a dr with zero bedside manners
Disappointed and Uncomfortable Experience I was scheduled for a sleep study at 9pm, but when I arrived, I found several other patients waiting outside in the cold and wind — locked out of the building. We stood there for nearly an hour before someone with a key finally showed up. What made the situation worse was the complete lack of communication: no explanation, no apology, nothing. Amanda was amazing 👏 she explained everything and was very friendly and welcoming ! The experience was good.The rooms were clean but was hard to sleep good knowing it isn't your bed and knowing there a camera watching you sleep but only con thing was I was probably allergic to the thing they tape to your face or something other then that it wasn't bad
I had my sleep test here last night it was wonderful the staff is super nice and respectful there was absolutely no bedbugs like previous reviews I was nervous after I seen them but it was clean and comfortable! I thought i definitely would not be able to sleep but it wasn’t bad at all !
