I attended yesterday (1 Nov 25) for my first ever CT scan. I was greeted by a friendly and helpful receptionist. After being called through (on time) I was looked after by such a friendly nurse, Hadiqa (I think that’s how you spell her name!). She was so friendly, energetic, caring and gentle. Despite being so busy with many other patients she listened attentively when I told her how nervous I was for the cannula/contrast dye and she understood. My experience at Medscan Merrylands was excellent. I was seen on time & all the staff were professional & caring. My procedure was explained very well & the staff regularly checked on me to see if I was ok. I can highly recommend this practice!

Had an ultrasound done by Yusuf this morning. I walked away so impressed because he was professional and thorough in what he did. The new offices also look amazing.
Thank you Medscan Merrylands for a very memorable experience. One of the worse I have ever had. Front office staff were ‘pleasant’. Clinical staff could not have cared less. They all came across as lacking adequate training. Poor patient communication and substandard care. On a positive note, the facility has nice new equipment, probably state of the art.
