Under managed Unprofessional unorganised I given a 7.15am appointment then text with 7.30 appointment I was told to be 30 minutes before so that makes it be there at 7am . At 6.58am i was there but not opened i waited till the so called management got it at 7.15 am then she told me they open at 7.15. We waited in the cold and rain out side for that.
I had the worst experience with the radiology at Medscan Merrylands on July 22, 2025. I had a 1pm appointment, which was booked well in advance. I took personal leave, rearranged my meetings, to be there on time. When I reached around 12.15am the receoptionist told me the radiologist tried to reach me two days back to tell me she is not available. I checked and told her no that is not true, there is no missed call in my phone. She then told me, since I came early the radiologist will take me in. But to my utter disappointmen... read more
