The staff were amazing but I nearly threw up in the ultrasound room due to lack of air and air conditioning. I strongly recommend the powers that be rectify it by installing an air/con in this room
Have been here a number of times and on each occasion the wait time is excellent, waiting room clean and really stylish and all the staff are friendly and efficient. They kept my Medicare card on file and so to check out once your scan is done, you just walk out and don't even need to go to reception. the machines work fine but the costumer service and treatment with clients is very poor. I completed exams 10 months ago and still have not been able to access them in the app or online. I emailed and they said they have entered my date of birth wrong in the system. They have not fixed it. 9 months after, I am still having to call them and email them to get them to help me to have access to my exams and share it with my doctors.
