dont recommend going here, my result from here is the complete opposite of other clinics that I visited. Even consulted with a specialist that say opposite of what medscan days. When asked, they arent willing to help or even provide explanation
I had an ultrasound at Medscan and provided my Medicare card, trusting the rebate would be processed automatically. However, when I followed up over a week later, I discovered that the claim had not been submitted at all. This was disappointing, as it was misleading and caused unnecessary delay in receiving my Medicare rebate, showing a lack of attention to a simple but important process.
