Wompwompwomp..don't go through this business! Sub par work for high prices, you'll have to redo anything he does. Go through pinch a penny instead off wells, they have more services, at better prices, with guys that know what they're doing and will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy. Meds does not. Like at all.
Find someone else to do your pool, this guy is way past retirement. Has no clue what his people are doing. He redid my pool last year and it was a nightmare. I wouldn't even buy chemicals from this guy. Save yourself some grief and find another pool company. And he is not BBB accredited either.
