Purchased the $499 car sale service package. Mechanic and detailer showed up on time. Even though this was a package to prep for a sale, engine compartment was untouched and the floor mats and some corners still appear dirty. Photos were taken with a cell phone in the darrk basement parkade, not the professional photographer and best shots possible as advertised. When we provided our feedback we were told the photographer was away and the exterior of our car was so dirty it took an extra 1.25 hrs to clean it and they didn't ... read more
