Great imaging facility, very clean! Smiling faces, and newer technology. The technologists were amazing, and so helpful. 100% recommend!
I received one billing statement from these folks for the full amount, and while waiting for my insurance company to pay what they would pay, these people turned my bill over to a collection agency. So if you have an HSA with high deductible plan, and you value your FICO score, I would avoid using this company because by the time your insurance statements catch up to you, they will have turned this over to collections.
If you think you have a fracture, do not go here. It took 5 days for my doctor to get xray results. I called twice, was assured xrays would be handled and my reports emailed to me on day 2 and day 3 and I was told I'd get a call back, Then NOTHING. No emails, no calls back. Waited entire weekend only to find out the ankle xray was degraded due to clothing overlap. The tech did not have me remove my shoe or pull pants leg up. Been a month and my chest x-ray was never sent to my doctor... My doctor's office is in the same exact building as this place. Now I'm delayed for another month for investigating my lung issues since they STILL haven't sent my x-ray to my primary care physician so it can't be interpreted by them or by my pulmonologist. They didn't have any issues sending me the bills though. Skip this place entirely and head down the street to another imaging center.
