They do nothing but covid testing, which they advertise on the radio is free, yet find reason to charge you a $25 co-pay that was not posted anywhere in the former bus ticket office. They billed my insurance company twice, getting over $100 from my insurance company, yet they want more! What a joke, plus they close their office for half the week.
I get that they are busy, but this is not acceptable. The staff inside seems careless and rude for the most part. The people emailing about my results can’t even type a correct sentence. It looks like an actual Spam email. It’s been a week and no Pcr results. I waited over 3 hours on line to get inside and have them swab me incorrectly. I visited the office on Saturday 12/10/2022. Quick service and very friendly and professional staff.
Went in for a Covid test (preop for my hospital). Staff were professional and processed quickly. Then suddenly on the way out all I got is we will text/email you with 24h. Sounded highly unreliable. No portal/gateway to sign up. Of course past 24h in, no results. 1 web chat and 2 phone calls later, couldn’t find my chart, results not finalized, and eventually on the 3rd call (2 hour process so far) finally was told my email was not included in my profile.
