Located on Court St. downtown Brooklyn is convenient if you work in the area. Office is clean; staff is professional, patient & helpful, including the doctor who came out to talk to me about my symptoms. She advised me to have the PCR test due to Rapid sometimes giving a false +. I had itchy throat, sneezing and a headache off & on for about (3) days. Great Staff quick and efficient service
Easy walk-in Rapid covid test, but then reporting was a hassle. Took 3 phone calls and over a hour to deliver the results. Mixed experience.
Unreliable. 24 hours PCR result was not ready 43 hours later. Offered no apologies.
