Wonderful experience! The person who checked me in was efficient, friendly, and super helpful! The technicians were so patient with me as I hobbled in with my sprained and swollen ankle! And the doctor had a lovely bedside manner. Great experience!
I was seen in a timely manner. Dr was kind and explained everything. She even assisted me in getting my prescription quickly. Which was great and helpful. I felt better in 2 days. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to this medrite for a while and it has been great in the past until they changed the bathroom to a drug screening bathroom. There are no trash cans, no paper towels, the toilet doesn’t flush and it’s dirty in there. They should have a separate bathroom for drug screens. It’s extremely uncomfortable! I said something to the staff and they just ignored me so writing it here. Hopefully they check their Google reviews.
