Med Ride should be rated number one in the state of Colorado with over 250 cars and a multitude of dedicated safe corps drivers. They are always on time. They are always friendly and accommodating to their clients needs. I am basically a shut in the stopped driving after my stroke. When I call the dispatch team, they are always so friendly, thorough, and efficient with helping me get scheduled. They truly are the most wonderful Medicaid ride program in this state. My driver Robert 181 is probably the best driver I've had pick me up from Medride. I like most of my drivers but Robert is by far the best. He's friendly and always on time. He also never rushes me and is always happy to stop at a rest area or gas station if I ask. He's absolutely my favorite!!
My driver from Medride named Garland, was so very helpful for a not so pleasant trip to UC Hospital in Aurora, Co., on July 17 of 2026. GAarland was so pleasant and helpful throughout the trip. He really went out of his way, definitely beyond the call by making sure I could charge my phone. He bought a new car charger for his car, out of his own pocket. Thank you Garland!
HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE IMPORTANT MANDATORY DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS THEY DO NOT SHOW UP ON TIME THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A COURTESY CALL TO EVEN LET YOU KNOW THEY WILL BE LATE I HAD TO RESCHEDULE 3 DIFFERENT APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE THEY CAN NOT GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER!!!! I was pretty nervous because this was my first time using a medical transportation service, but Justin (Driver 258, Loveland) immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He was very easygoing, friendly, and knew how to keep a conversation going. We talked about all kinds of interesting things, which made the ride much more enjoyable.
