After a few weeks of entering my email “wrong”, a proposal for work on my house was finally sent. I accepted the proposal and talked to Jose on the phone. I was directed to have my tenants schedule with him. They kept getting the run around for almost 2 months before being completely ignored. When I contacted Jose to see what was up, he gave me different direction and then cancelled the job. This set us back several months of work. Very unprofessional and a waste of time.

We noticed that our hot water heater was leaking and Medrano and his team came out that same day and took care of it! No issues at all. It did not take long to get the job done. They were friendly and had great customer service!
Jose came out late Saturday night to fix a fast leak starting on the second floor down to the first floor family room!. He found the cause of the leak within minutes and was able to repair it quickly, This was the first time I had used him based on a friends recommendation and will make him my go to plumber and contractor.
