Normally speaking if i have a bad experience i simply don't say anything and just walk away. In this scenario, i really need to share my experience/s while utilizing this practice. My last three appointments with this company, they not only Not Showed Up, they Never Even Called Me to let me know no-one was going to be there (now you may ask yourself; why did he give them so many chances, unfortunately there "was" a reason). If it's reliability you're after, in my experience, this is not the company for you.
I unfortunately cannot leave a zero because that is not option. Please do not go here!!! This place does not care for their patients mental health! Provides change all the time, they are rude. Provide no resolutions.
7/3/25: Updated to one star. My third provider I’ve had here is leaving the practice! The turnover here is unreal. Sigh... I had nothing but trouble the almost 2 years I was a patient here. I could write a book on the number of headaches Medpsych put me through. The only good thing about this practice -- their flexibility with getting you on the schedule quickly -- should be a red flag because of the amount of TURNOVER within their practice. High turnover rate. I’m on my 3rd provider in less than 2yrs. Does not follow up with communication, doesn’t answer the phone or respond to portal messages
I'm normally not one to leave reviews, but their billing "policies" are insane. Requiring payment up front, not just copays, then billing your insurance after you've had treatment/testing, but not refunding you or providing information for you to self submit claims.
