March 12, 2024. I had an ultrasound done and paid Apple Pay due to insurance problems. They had 30 days to investigate and refund my $85. Moving forward a week before Memorial Day i believe her name is Lauren was trying to refund my $85 back to a card she randomly found around the time of my same appointment date. Today which is May 30th, I called Lauren she got a whole attitude with me regarding my refund refused to give me cash or check but was so anxious to put it on a card that was not mine’s. I had a really amazing experience at the Elgin office. Everybody I interacted with were very kind and pleasant. Tanya was wonderful, she made me feel very comfortable and was lovely to talk to!
