Literally has taken DOZENS of phone calls by both me and my insurance and several months to get the paper work and documents needed. And it was not just for one incident. Between MedPro and the office staff at West Florida, they really need to get some competent workers. There was one lady that has actually been able to get things done for me both times, but it shouldn’t have to come down to her doing the rest of the staffs’ jobs.
Insured for 26 plus years with them was sold on a free tail but I retired to a self insured government job and the tail was denied. Almost 9 grand for a tail. In addition in 2010 l had a frivolous suit brought and had to pay out of my own pocket for it the company said even though I would win it would cost me a lot of time better to pay the guy off myself and let it go. I spoke with Ericka today regarding obtaining billing statements for both the Medical Center Clinic and WFH for myself and my husband. She was courteous, polite and most helpful. My experience was quite pleasant.
They have been my bio pick up company for several years now..I've never had a problem until today..Christie an employee spoke to me with such disrespect and she told me to never call Pro Med again...not ok for employees to speak like this to a customer...and no one called me to apologize for her actions
Without any notice I was put in collections after calling my insurance company's to make sure with each insurance's know that they are aware of each other went to medpro they said I owe nothing 4 weeks later I get my collections notice bill from their office went back to them said they made a mistake after saying I owe nothing I get collections notice these people at this office needs to be retrained I'm going back to Baptist hospital they know how to file people's insurance I spoke to a Ericka that check my file told me I o... read more
