I am a new patient who was trying to establish a new primary care physician, once I arrived I was helped right away barley had a wait time at all even with having new patient paperwork it was very smoothe quick and easy. Office was very clean professional but also homey and comfortable. The staff very friendly helped me with any questions at all. Good luck trying to get help. Since Oct 1, my husband has been trying to get them to send information to the insurance company to get approval for his CGM. Still hasn't happened. Every time he calls they say the person will call you right back. They never do. Don't use them as your primary care. They won't help. Still no sensors.
I called twice to have my levothyroxine filled and who ever answers the phone says they will send it when they can well when can you its been 2 days now and still not sent to the pharmacy thanks
