Having worked as an R.N. for many years,I am impressed with Medpointe which is conveniently located off the interstate.Upon entering the facility,you will find a clean,well kept waiting area(no easy task for a facility that is open 7 days/wk).From the friendly receptionist to the kind and compassionate nursing staff,you feel welcome!I have primarily seen Dr Romine when I am ill or have questions regarding medication,(and at the risk of sounding clich�),he is the true Norman Rockwell of physicians.You never feel as though he ... read more
My husband went to Medpointe because he was sweating, nauseated and didn't feel right. He was diagnosed with high blood pressure and sent home with a blood pressure pill. He went to see family doctor that afternoon and was sent to the hospital by ambulance. He was in a cardiac episode. He was not given an EKG at Medpointe. I have been trying to contact the office regarding a bill for 3 weeks and no one answers the phone. Very unhappy with care.
At Med point they said have a seat and we will call you back soon. As soon as I was seated comfortably they called me to a totally pleasant exam room the nurse was profesional and personable. I saw a PAC ( I had respiratory problems). She listened to me and then listened to my chest. She discussed treatment and gave me options. She the prescribed medication and treatment that I could live with. Med pointe of Clarksburg is an excellent facility with a great staff and a wealth of knowledge. Thanks Medpointe
Wonderful people. Prompt attention. NO WAITING! Beautifully decorated offices. Spotlessly clean! Organized, helpful, friendly, informed staff. The absolute best......... "Doc in a box" , I have ever been to! You will not be sorry you went there! I was treated the way a person should be treated when ill. I will go back and I will refer my family and frieds.
