The receptionists are so rude, I was doing the right thing calling to cancel my appointment due to other health problems and both ladies I had to deal with were quite rude… like I was putting them out that I called, don’t think I’ll be calling back to hear their “happy” voices again.
What a shocking way to make a call to Medplus. I needed to wait over a minute listing to a message of irrelevant (to us) information; none of it applied to our needs. A horrible, regrettable experience. We will contact another rheumatologist. Whatever happened to customer/patient service. Clearly it does not exist at Medplus
Rude lady answering the phone, claims patients lie about calling so many times and asking us not to call back, when they themselves made the call multiple times and sounded inundated with their work, and couldn’t keep track and asked to call us back again but didn’t.
Devastated that, even as an existing patient, I’ve just been turned away halfway through a diagnosis because Dr Cai is too busy. I’ve been waiting years for help and now I have to start again with someone else. Dr Cai referred me to another specialist for a pressing issue, which took 2 years to sort due to wait lists, and then requested to see me again to to finalise, but her books have now apparently closed. I know that doctors are busy, but there has to be some compassion for people that are already on the books and hangin... read more
Dr Cheong is incredible. Spends so much time talking through your issues and coming up with a proper plan to help you have a better quality of life.
