Bad,bad experience there. Self pay $180 for a service. No test results, I was told I would receive a refund 2 weeks later nothing. Now I'm getting the run around again. Please save yourself the frustration and go to MedRed one minute down the road. Everything is done within minutes. They are the better choice to getting you back feeling better faster.
My husband and I have been here plenty of times because they are usually very respectful and quick to respond…but when they just don’t feel like it they won’t even acknowledge your existence. I understand needing to take a lunch break, but if there is only one person working (which is another problem entirely) the least you can do is put a sign on the desk, or even better, lock the door for an hour and eat. My son and I went the other day. We had a great experience. The front desk girl was really nice, helped me get checked in as a first time patient, the nurse was so good with my kid, joked around and played with him had him laughing and the doctor was thorough but quick. We were in and in out in less than an hour. 10/10 recommend
