Unreachable; staff does not answer incoming calls. If you call while sitting in the waiting room, you can observe them ignore the calls. I called the office 4 times over the past week during business hours to return a call I received from the office. Unfortunately, I have no more patience for this and will be moving forward with a different clinic. We been using this office for a long time and must say that Dr Ghani and Shameem and rest of the staff are the excellent . Recently we have experienced that it is impossible to reach out to anyone by phone calls. There is a recorded message that due to high call volume we can't take calls. Once I had an appointment with Dr Ghani and was waiting in the waiting room. I called the office just to test and front desk girl picked up the phone and pressed a button which played same recorded message " Due to high call volume -----".... read more
