Working with Eric and his assistant, James, was a breath of fresh air. Their expertise shined through in every aspect – from their punctual arrival to their clear, eloquent explanations. MedPlumb was originally called out to fix what turned out to be another plumbing service's poor installation of a tank-less water heater, which was causing a leak. They arrived between the hours as they promised. The plumbers were polite, accessed the current situation, and fixed the problem. Because they were true professionals the were very hesitant to just blame the other plumbing service, something so many tradesman tend to do.
