Showed up on time and described exactly what needed to be done. Both the plumber and his assistant were both professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was estimated and honored. I would recommend them and would use their services again when needed.
MedPlumb was originally called out to fix what turned out to be another plumbing service's poor installation of a tank-less water heater, which was causing a leak. They arrived between the hours as they promised. The plumbers were polite, accessed the current situation, and fixed the problem. Because they were true professionals the were very hesitant to just blame the other plumbing service, something so many tradesman tend to do. The men who fixed our outdoor faucet were good plumbers. We were happy with the job they did. We’re very friendly and respectful.
Eric and Lance from Med Plumbing did an outstanding job on our water leak under our slab. They took there time, answered all of our questions and left our house just as they found it. We will never go with anyone else.
