Showed up on time and described exactly what needed to be done. Both the plumber and his assistant were both professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was estimated and honored. I would recommend them and would use their services again when needed.
MedPlumb was originally called out to fix what turned out to be another plumbing service's poor installation of a tank-less water heater, which was causing a leak. They arrived between the hours as they promised. The plumbers were polite, accessed the current situation, and fixed the problem. Because they were true professionals the were very hesitant to just blame the other plumbing service, something so many tradesman tend to do.
