Feel bad as the doctors are amazing, but the receptionists are so rude.
My wife goes here all the time. She's a doctor, and she trusts this place implicitly. I've only ever been up to the waiting room, but staff have always been kind. Very organised during covid too. They take care or my whole family.
Dr Jeremy has been my GP for nearly 10 years at MedPlaza! It’s a testament to his professionalism and ability to make you feel at ease. I’ve seen several other doctors over the years as well and they’ve been equally thorough and attentive. I’ve never felt rushed through an appointment and my concerns have always been taken seriously. The only downside is that they no longer bulk bill everyone, but that’s an increasingly common issue across the country in the current climate regarding Medicare & government funding.
