ALWAYS LATE!!! This office sucks if you're on a time schedule. ONCE AGAIN, here I am here in time for my appointment and we're 50 minutes late getting me just to the back. This is my 3rd time in a row with the tardiness on this office all.over a half hour. Oh, BTW. There's only two patients in the waiting room! However, the staff and medical professionals and awesome and definitely listen to your needs and concerns while explaining everything you need to know.

This review is for Kim and Kim only! She is always so welcoming, organized, and efficient. This women works so hard and deserves a raise! Genuinely won’t talk to anyone other than Kim. Paula’s nurse called this morning to give me my blood results and I mentioned to her that I am very sick. She was very unhelpful and told me they were booked solid for weeks. I had to hang up the phone and call front desk for Kim. She immediately got me in and showed compassion!

I can’t say enough great things about this office. Kim at the front desk is absolutely incredible—she consistently goes out of her way to help patients, especially when they’re not feeling their best. She works hard to get people scheduled, is always kind and compassionate, and genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door. Her dedication has made such a positive difference, and she’s a huge improvement from the previous front desk experience. She truly deserves recognition (and a raise!). I was seeing Paula for over a decade and she was so helpful and responsive while I went through breast cancer treatment and some really stressful domestic situations. She worked hard to find the cause of some autoimmune and other conditions. I appreciated that. But when I researched some things and landed on Epstein Barr as a possible cause she became quite resistant to doing the full panel of testing. Not what it used to be. The staff is rude and disorganized, my doctor (Grogg) seems less interested in my health than my insurance coverage these days. I'm looking for a new doctor/practice.
