I was seeing Paula for over a decade and she was so helpful and responsive while I went through breast cancer treatment and some really stressful domestic situations. She worked hard to find the cause of some autoimmune and other conditions. I appreciated that. But when I researched some things and landed on Epstein Barr as a possible cause she became quite resistant to doing the full panel of testing. Not what it used to be. The staff is rude and disorganized, my doctor (Grogg) seems less interested in my health than my insurance coverage these days. I'm looking for a new doctor/practice.

I have been a patient at this office for 5 years. Used to be good, but the last 2 years has been very frustrating. I call and leave messages with no response, and good luck getting someone to answer your call when you want to just make a simple appointment.

I have been seeing Paula for 13 years, I love her, but the staff here is a joke. It used to not be, but something has majorly changed in the past few years. I had a recent visit, was prescribed an anitbiotic, took all of it and my symptoms came back after a few days of finishing the meds. I called the office, right away and left a message for her nurse, with no return call after a few days, I called back and left another message, no return call (I did this 4 times), then called to talk to the nurse on call, which I left a me... read more
