I have been seeing Paula for 13 years, I love her, but the staff here is a joke. It used to not be, but something has majorly changed in the past few years. I had a recent visit, was prescribed an anitbiotic, took all of it and my symptoms came back after a few days of finishing the meds. New patients beware. They charge you for a new patient appointment before they can schedule you for your annual physical appointment covered by insurance. Besides the fact that you will have to go on 2 separate days, you will actually have to pay for an extra visit. Office manager, Lisa, was most unhelpful. I asked if she can at least schedule the kids to get their exams on first visit and she said this was against their policy. I would leave a zero but a 1 is as low as you can go. This place is full of lazy staff, and I don’t say that lightly. I have been severely mistreated here and even speaking with an office manager, my very real issues were dismissed. I don’t feel taken care of or justified. And Paula Hopper is the biggest antagonist in this story. She told me I could have a situation that would kill me if I didn’t get it looked at with more scanning I didn’t want to pay for, convinced me that if I didn’t get it I could die.
