I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Med Peds Associates. The staff has been consistently rude and dismissive, which makes every visit feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Additionally, the doctors and nurse practitioners do not seem to take patient concerns seriously. I felt ignored and disrespected when trying to discuss important health matters, which is unacceptable for a healthcare provider. Rude staff, rude doctor
This place is supposed to be a pediatrician office. The older receptionist is one of the rudest people I have come across in her position. Nasty tone, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant. A doctor came in, didn't introduced herself, and simply said in a flat voice " you're going to have to hold him so I can examine him". She then told us that they couldn't test for RSV because they don't do that there ( we took him in bc 2 classmates have RSV). She told us to give him 2 otc medicines and prescribed antibiotics (why??) We wen... read more
This place has the worse customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. Their license should be revoked. They never answer the phone and take days to weeks to handle any referral. I've never seen a doctor in the clinic only techs and nurses. Avoid at all cost. Never use this place ever.
This is the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They apparently have a very strict 10 minute appointment window and give no concerns if weather, traffic, and newborn babies cause delays in arrival. Paula, the receptionist is a nasty lady. This is not the only issue I've had. At every single appointment I've been to, they have made be wait well over 30 minutes in the waiting room, one time I waited 1 hour and 50 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and then waited in the exam room for another extended period of ti... read more
