The entire staff has been excellent & very professional. Megan Lopes takes time to listen to my concerns, that’s very important for a patient like me. 👍
The wait can be ridiculous at times. Also some of the providers don’t listen to you. They just want to get you in take your copay and get you out and don’t listen to what you really need or get to the bottom of a diagnosis. Again this is only SOME of the providers.
Dr. Duncan is carrying and patient. If I can not talk to her on the phone, I can go to the Portal . Good staff. On sight lab is a plus.
I Loved my Doctor, She is the sweetest ever :) My Son Franklin, really listen to her when she told him what should he do to help me more better. She is very calm when she talk & good listener too & smiling every time she enter the door .:) So That's why ' I loved Our "Physician Dr, Angela Duncan" ♥ :)
My Doctor is Dr. Angela Duncan who has been great to me since 2008. I get the best care under her. I moved to another area in 2011 but I still continued my care with her. She never sugar coates she tells it like it is. Her advice is spectacular. Now on the other hand, I have a problem when I have an appointment and have to sit an hour to almost two hours before I am seen. I don't think that's professional on their part.
