Have a 9:40am appt, checked in at 9:30am, front desk took my co pay, it’s now 10:23 and I’m still waiting to be called in for my appt. reception desk doesn’t seem to care that I’ve been waiting over 40 minutes for my appt 😔
Today is 1/6/20 and i have a sick 12yr old and we have been waiting to see her doctor for an hour! We have been coming here since she was a baby and the wait time has gotten progressively worse over the years. I just spoke with the nurse that works with the doctor and she simply said that the doctor routinely runs behind. WTF! Thats the explanation? Regrettably, we may need to find another provider.
Been waiting since 2:00. Dr. Was late; got put in a room Around 3:20; it is an hour later and I still have not been examined
Horrible wait times on phone. I called four times to get a blood pressure medicine prescribed for my mother this morning. No responses yet. I have waited for 25 minutes now. The worst service ever.

Have entrusted MedPeds for my families care for over 20 years. I trust Seth Eaton and the entire medical group.
Office is totally and utterly incompetent. They will not/cannot authorize a simple prescription restart.
