I have never been to this practice but the nasty and rude woman that I spoke to today (Jan 14, 2026, approx. 12:38pm) on the phone is enough for me to know that I don't ever, ever, ever want to go to that practice ever. She was nasty and hung up on me before I could finish asking questions. God forbid the doctors and other medical staff act like that, too. This practice would be a no for me and I will tell everyone I know about it.
