I waited over a month for my referral to be processed and for them to call me for an appointment, i finally called the office to find they were closed for remodeling. I waited another week. I had to call again to verify they received it. They argued with me that it was never sent over, i confirmed with my PCP the date and time it was sent and that it fully went through. 1 star — Would not recommend. I waited three months for this appointment, arrived 30 minutes early, and was still left waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled time while the staff loudly complained every time someone walked in. The entire visit felt chaotic, disorganized, and unprofessional. When Dr. Laynes finally came in, she rushed, shushed me when I asked questions, mixed up my information with another patient, and then blurted out a Lupus SLE diagnosis without explanation, compassion, or clarity. Waited over an hour in waiting room. Another 30 minutes in patient room. Comes in and starts typing about last patient she just saw. Looks at my age and said must decrease medication because you are elderly! She is not a real Rheumatoid arthritis Dr as she doesn't care about how much pain patient has. Will search for Rheumatoid arthritis Dr who cares about patients
The office is very unorganized and old. Records never were sent to regular doctor. She is nice but does not follow through or mention issues on lab results.
I also sat there forever while she did computer and paperwork. The same 8 pages I filled out in the waiting room. She asked me 3 times how many pregnancies I'd had. I'm 74 is that really relevant? I called and asked her to call me back. She never did. I won't go back.
