I have RA and was in so much pain when I first went to Dr. Laynes. I now very seldom have any pain thanks to her care. The staff is also very friendly and nice. I'm so glad I am in this Dr's care!
I was scared and in so much pain, also not knowing how I was going to be able to function. After being under Dr Laynes care for RA, I am either in very little pain or none. I feel happy that I now can go on with my life.
Absolutely love her! The staff is amazing and I like that everything is done right there. The first doctor I've had who communicates with with my family doctor. My 1st appointment she spent a good hour going over my conditions and plan of attack for 2 of them. They are busy but I have never felt rushed or not heard. Highly recommend!
10/10 would NOT recommend If i could rate 0, i would. I waited over a month for my referral to be processed and for them to call me for an appointment, i finally called the office to find they were closed for remodeling. I waited another week. I had to call again to verify they received it. They argued with me that it was never sent over, i confirmed with my PCP the date and time it was sent and that it fully went through. 1 star — Would not recommend. I waited three months for this appointment, arrived 30 minutes early, and was still left waiting nearly an hour past my scheduled time while the staff loudly complained every time someone walked in. The entire visit felt chaotic, disorganized, and unprofessional. When Dr. Laynes finally came in, she rushed, shushed me when I asked questions, mixed up my information with another patient, and then blurted out a Lupus SLE diagnosis without explanation, compassion, or clarity.
