Good technique in packaging and make it easy for elderly customers.
Innovative has done my mom's meds for a a few years. There have been a few times where she's not had meds when needed. We just switched pharmacies and against our request, they filled as many of her prescriptions as far as they could into the future knowing we would have to pay for them or screw up the medicare system. They are careless in dealing with something so important and will take and bill for what they can get away with.
This place(Innovative RX/MedPax) says its open until 6pm monday nights. however, i got there at 534 and the lights were off, door locked. Called their # and left a message. drove an hour to get there. This is the 2nd time thats happened to me within 6 months. first incident was approx 4 months ago around 2pm. Same deal. No one in sight. Wait a few, theres others there waiting too. so I go to gas station, on my return he whips in and hops out w his lunch. No apology.
