I have been a client of Medowie Motors for 20 years and most refently I had my new car log book serviced at the workshop. It is very clean, tidy and the workmanship is always perfectly completed on time.
I took my car in for an exhaust noise test as a first time customer and right from the first phone call Jo was amazing, she gave me guidance to what I needed to do and where I need to go before they could complete the job. After I done my research I called Jo again and she had me booked in with a quote and an appointment within 24hr and sent me a text to confirm what I needed to bring with me to the appointment , what more could I ask for right. It was unfortunate that we arrived during their lunchtime break, yet the mechanics leapt to the job and my friend's car had a pink slip done rather quickly. Friendly service and very reasonable price.
