I would give Negative star if I could. Receptionist is an Angel. She can clearly see how you're being treated and she tries her best to serve you the best. Unfortunately, I would not recommend my family and friends to visit this Medical Center. Very rude doctor, I would rather go to Newcastle, if no options are available instead of wasting my time and money with this doctor.
Very rude male doctor, walked out after 2 minutes
It is difficult to fathom the way I was treated by the doctor today at the surgery. His books were closed, apparently. I asked why this wasn't conveyed when the appointment was made. He simply kept repeating himself. I had been there before, yet he kept saying he wasn't my regular GP. I informed him again that my GP was no longer at the same surgery and had found it difficult to get another doctor in the area since moving back into the area in 2020 just before lockdown.
