Being new to the area it can be daunting to find the right services but today I found the right one for my car. I popped into Medowie Car Care with an engine mount problem and they had me back on the road in a couple of hours. I cannot be more happier with the customer service, the pricing and how good my car feels to drive again. I highly recommend.
Last oil change the oil was exchanged for some new, cheap, runny oil without telling me. Car got really loud, black smoke out the back within weeks. Different workshop changed back to RepsOil. I am not happy that this was done without my knowledge, nor consent. New head lamp installed same issue as previous lamp, not a good experience. Not going back.
Medowie Car Care go above and beyond for their customers, always professional, friendly and helpful. We broke down on Monday afternoon, they waited for our towed car to arrive after 6.30pm and then drove us home. Nothing is too much trouble for Marty and Kylie they are always available for their customers. Highly recommend their business.
Outstanding service
I booked in for a Thursday and arrived on the Friday for my pink slip. They were super understanding and made time for me., can’t ask for more than that!
