They require you to use the pharmacy of choice on life saving medication, then it gets lost in the mail and it sucks to be you. Lastly they require monthly prior authorizations on medication I’ve been on for months. This company has been nothing but trouble since my husbands company changed.
Very professional, friendly, and helpful. I was extremely satisfied. She explained that the PA had expired and what I needed to do so that it would not happen again.
I spoke with Christy I believe her name is and she was amazing. So so helpful! She went the extra mile to make sure I understand my options.
Great experience so far! The second girl I spoke with was so nice and got me exactly what I needed. No wait at all on the phone either!
