Took several days to make contact with someone. Called and auto attendant put me in a call loop 20 min later I hung up. Then I tried to use the website chat feature and got no one available call please. This repeated for the next 2 days. Couldn't reach a bot or a person to answer my questions very frustrating!! Finally today after 16 min in the call loop a person answer and addressed my question this person was very nice and professional even though I didn't hear the answer I wanted. This service is useless and doesn’t support its patients need for the ability to actually deliver the medications. The employee was uneducated on how medication delivery is REQUIRED for receiving the medication to even be useful. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
