The receptionists at Medical Stirling Practice are so rude and always have an attitude. They are far from helpful. They lack of professionalism and customer service. The answer is always a NO. To the manager: please conduct training on them or replace for friendly and capable staff. (I need to exclude Julie from this review, she is nice and can do attitude) I have been a patient for years and lately has become a lot worse. Which is very disappointing .
I’ve had such a positive experience at MedONE Medical Centre. Dr Tommy Lai and Nurse Yanna are both incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make you feel genuinely cared for. You can really tell they love what they do and take pride in their work. It’s such a comfort being looked after by a team who are not only skilled but also so kind and heartwarming. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience with Dr Jasmine Wong. She is very caring and extremely knowledgeable. She was able to address multiple concerns in one visit without feeling rushed, and explained everything clearly and patiently. I felt well looked after and really appreciated her thorough approach. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good GP.
Dr Tan at MedOne Medical is an outstanding doctor. He is highly experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. It's clear that helping people is his top priority and he always takes time to listen and provide thoughtful advise. The clinic itself is also excellent - the reception staff are polite, professional and very helpful. I'm grateful to have such a dedicated doctor and well-run clinic. Highly recommend.
