The receptionists have a bad attitude and they clearly hate their jobs.
Up until now I was visiting this clinic for common illnesses only as I have a complex case. I recently switched to them thinking they were pretty reliably helpful. Today’s visit was truly disheartening. I do NOT under any circumstances recommend Dr Maug to anyone who has fears or concerns about not being taken seriously. I had a terrible experience at MedOne. I went in for a necessary Implanon removal and was given different prices multiple times. I was told one thing by the doctor and another by staff, and ended up going through the procedure without anaesthetic because I was told it would be cheaper—only to later find out it made no difference.
