I've been a patient of Med Now clinics for many years. Louann is really helpful and listens to her patients.

The care I receive from the team is exceptional. Louann’s care support and knowledge is outstanding and consistent. Living in chronic pain and a degenerative condition can feel isolating and depressing at times. Louanne, Victoria and Dr Moore are always there to listen advise encourage and support me. I’m grateful for the care and the extraordinary love!

I love Louann! She has a lot of empathy and compassion for my situation with my back (the pain issues I see her for). Pain is a situation that you can’t see so many people discount it. Which is something that Louann does not do! I really like her as a person as well as a medical person. She makes me feel both seen and heard!
