Since 2002, the office has been providing state-of-the-art, scientifically-based medical care in a setting which offers superior personal service and attention. Absolutely wonderful staff! They saved my life when I got horribly sick with COVID. Everyone is professional and kind. I feel like they are part of my family! We are going through a terminal cancer diagnosis and they were able to facilitate appointments in a timely manner.
I have debated posting this review, but I feel my story should be heard especially for other young women who may have similar experiences. I had a swallowing issue that Dr. Frank assured me he would get to the bottom of. The minute I stepped into his office he handed me anxiety and depression questionnaires. He spent 2 hours convincing me that my condition was all in my head as I sat there sobbing and defeated. He kept handing me food even though I insisted it was too difficult to swallow. Phenomenal office to be a part of. Easy scheduling, great service, knowledgeable physicians. A doctors office that actually cares about you is a great feeling.
Signing up for Dr. Dan's practice is the best thing I've done for my health. He and his office staff have been spectacularly accommodating, professional and highly skilled. The added benefit is that I tend to put important medical issues off and his practice is like a second mom. They keep encouraging me to take action. I'm a fan! You'll be a fan too. Sign up!
Dr. Frank holds himself and his entire office to the highest standards to truly take care of patients in every way. If Nordstrom were a doctor, that would be Dr. Frank and his staff. He has been especially helpful and responsive when I've had unusual symptoms to ease my fears and get me in to be seen by the right specialist quickly.
