UPPER MANAGEMENT WILL SAY ONE THING TO YOU BUT THEN SWITCH IT LATER. NEVER TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU AND ALWAYS HAVE DOCUMENTATION WHEN DEALING HERE AS A PATIENT OR EMPLOYEE. I had an initial zoom consultation was told everyone gets a one-day slide. I have 15 minutes with MA, then 20 Minutes with PA. The next day I go get an EKG and vital check, along with blood work. I get charged $435.00 for all previous mentions. Then a bill for all blood tests $245.00, a couple of months later another bill for $30.00 for an additional 5 minutes for consultation. which stated was 30 plus days past due.
