The doctor was extremely rude and vey unprofessional, also very disrespectful to his staff, I had 3 appointments canceled before the doctor was actually there on time and not late from a procedure, it was a very disappointing experience
I have been a happy patient of Dr. Prothro for at least 6 years. From our first meeting I knew that I was going to like him. He is kind, courteous and will listen intently to all you have to say as well as enjoy a good joke. He has a way of knowing what is bothering you and asks questions accordingly. He is very knowledgeable in all phases of his specialties as well as how to treat a patient.
