I started working with Kyle Knudson late last year to set up a policy. Initially, he was professional and very responsive. However, that changed completely this month. I reached out several time with a question and received no reply. I even followed up by leaving a message with the office receptionist, yet I still haven't heard back. Due to this lack of basic communication, I am switching companies. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value long-term support and reliability.
Five stars all the way!! We've been working with James Waterworth for almost 6 years and the overall experience is absolutely outstanding. I have had many different policies over the years with many different companies. My experience and helpfulness from Jim Waterworth could not have been any better over the past five years. He’s a pros pro. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the company or Jim himself to any of my other associates. Easy 5 star!
Patrick at MedMutual was awesome to work with. We were in a hurry to set up our healthcare coverage, and he made sure we did everything correctly and in a timely manner. I had a lot of questions because healthcare can be super confusing, and he was there to answer each one. They also have an online portal that makes it easy to find a provider in your area.
